Established to allow patients with a potentially “Qualifying Condition”, as defined by the State of Washington under RCW69.51A, access to a licensed health care professional who shall determine if medical marijuana may be helpful and or complimentary to their ongoing treatment.

The people of Washington state find that some patients with terminal or debilitating illnesses may benefit from the medical use of marijuana. The people find that humanitarian compassion necessitates that the decision to authorize the medical use of marijuana by patients with terminal or debilitating illnesses is a personal, individual decision, based upon their health care professional’s medical judgment and discretion.

At the time of your appointment please be ready to provide your valid Washington State ID and documentation of your condition/ recent treatment associated. If you are unable to obtain your medical records we can assist you in doing so.
