Be ready to provide your valid Washington State ID and documentation of your condition/ recent treatment associated. If you are unable to obtain your medical records, we will assist and gather them on your behalf. Bring your doctors’ contact information.

Upon determination you will be issued your authorization documentation.
The process to obtain your medical marijuana recommendation is, unfortunately, not covered by any insurance companies or any other third party. All services are private pay and payment is due at the time of service, on the day of your appointment.
